A small description of their personality
Visual reference sheets: (If your character is from a video game, please make sure to include a turn around of the character as well as any important details that may not be in the game like piercings or scars. This is an example, but your references can be made any number of ways as long as they are clear: Valka)
If you do not have a visual reference but have a written reference, make sure you describe the character well and provide inspiration images to help me get an idea of the character. For example, if you ask for "A Lizard" I would prefer you include a specific species like an Iguana, etc. Moodboards are great for this as well as Pinterest boards.
If you have a pose in mind for the character, feel free to link me to a stock image or a photo from one of the many pose artists out there. I am also 100% okay if you send me a quick MS Paint doodle of the pose!

Basic Information

You are only purchasing the digital file and my services. There will be no physical goods exchanged.
You will receive the full resolution via a sta.sh/google drive link!
I reserve the right to decline any commission requests that make me uncomfortable.
I will not respond to constant messages about progress. Asking once or twice a week is fine, but know you may get the same answer.
I reserve the rights to increase the price if your character or request is difficult or intricate. This mostly applies to armor and weapons, but usually isn't the case.
By purchasing a commission you are accepting my Terms of Service.
I do not take commissions for NSFW content at this time.

I will try to finish your commission ASAP, however please be patient with me.
The most time you will have to wait for your commission is a month. If there is a problem you will be notified.
I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged for priority on the list.

As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, but I will never claim the characters as my own.
As a commissioner you may: repost and use the image as you please as long as you are making no profit off of it.
If you wish to use your image for commercial reasons, such as a book cover, you must email me for a new ToS and contract.
You are NOT ALLOWED to:
You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs or any cryptocurrency related project.
You are not allowed to use my art for any AI related project.
You are not allowed to change or modify my works without my permission.
You are not allowed to reproduce, repost, or sell the copyrighted artwork commercially.
You are not allowed to take credit for the art.
You are not allowed to remove my watermarks/signatures if applicable

Payment information

I will only accept Paypal payments through invoices unless discussed ahead of time.
I require full payment before I start the artwork.
I will request payment through invoicing.
If payment is not received in 24 hours after I have sent the invoice, you will lose your slot and the invoice will be canceled.
I will add you to my Current Commissions list once payment is cleared and details are given.
Tips are always appreciated, but not required!

Changes and edits

Once the picture is finished, I can make small changes such as adding small details for free.
Feel free to ask for small changes or corrections during the check in process. I will check in with you twice, once during the sketch and once after it has been lined/flat colored.
If the change is something that I missed but was mentioned in the email, you will not be charged for changes.
Any large changes will come with an extra charge. Examples: an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw a large amount of the commission.
If your reference was unclear to start with, there may be a fee for these changes.
I will likely not take changes to full paintings after they are finished, but feel free to ask in the event something is wrong.

Refunds

I do not give full refunds! The only time a full refund will be issued is if I can’t complete your order or you contact me BEFORE I have started.
You cannot cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after the commission is finished.
If something comes up before or during my work on your commission we can discuss a refund or partial refund depending on progress made.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted. You will be black-listed and you won’t be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
